Shipping & Returns
How and when will my order be shipped?
All items are currently made to order. Orders are made, packed and shipped within 5-7 business days and sent via USPS or UPS. Shipping times may be longer around peak holiday seasons. All orders are sent with tracking information that will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
**We are not responsible for carrier delays**
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping but are happy to replace a damaged order. You must provide photos of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving that item. If there is not a replacement available a refund will be sent upon the return of the damaged item. If an item needs to be returned a return shipping label will be sent to the email address that was provided at checkout.
**Keep in mind that our reclaimed items are unique in appearance and weathering of the wood, knots, cracks in the grain, etc. are part of the nature of the item and are not considered as "flawed or damaged".**
Can I return my item?
We accept returns of undamaged and unused items if it is still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of a returned undamaged item. To start a return or refund contact us at redeeminghome@gmail.com.
Can I return a bulk or custom order?
We currently do not accept returns for bulk or custom orders.
